Lavender Essential Oil – Organic

There is not a more versatile oil than lavender. Calming yet uplifting, antibacterial yet healing. Lavender has more benefits to the body and mind than can ever be listed. In my home we have a saying “when in doubt, use lavender”!

There are many varieties of lavender available as essential oil. This is my all-time favourite, often also called true or high-altitude lavender.

ALWAYS DILUTE ESSENTIAL OILS BEFORE APPLYING TO THE SKIN
(Lavender is known for being the only essential oil safe to put directly onto the skin. I use it often neat on myself but suggest always doing a patch test when applying to someone for the first time. Lavender is just as effective when diluted so if in doubt dilute it with a carrier oil.)
