We use a variety of shipping carriers in order to give our customers the best pricing and service options. All prices are real-time prices, we do not profit from shipping costs. We ship with Freight.com who offers UPS, FED EX, Canpar and Purolator. For free shipping on orders over $140 we will choose the most economical method. Tracking numbers will be sent via Shopify and Freight.com/Clickship.
Please note: If there is a change of address or address correction once the order has been processed there will be an additional charge.
ESSENTIAL OILS: Due to restrictions around shipping essential oils, we are only able to ship them within Canada.
We pack our orders using recycled paper. Please be aware that some of our products are sensitive to heat, cold and humidity. If your climate is experiencing extremes in any of these please let us know so we can do our best to make sure your products arrive in the best possible condition.
