Canada returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. I am confident that you will love your new skincare, however if for any reason you are not happy please contact me within 30 days and I will be happy for you to return the product to me for a full refund (excluding any shipping costs).

US/International returns

Unfortunately, due to the introduction of additional tariffs we can no longer accept returns from outside Canada. The charges we incur to receive shipments back often does not cover the value of the products.
All US and International orders are final sales.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
Please get in touch if you wish to exchange any unopened products. 


Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at helena@helenalane.com.
