I always found it a challenge to choose between lemon and lime so I blended them together to create this incredibly bright and addictive blend. Perfect for whenever my energy dips, or my mood is low.
In my home, I often sprinkle a few drops on my dishcloth or in my mop bucket to give the whole house a boost. It's a staple in my car for combatting sleepy long drives and this blend is also loved by children (which helps on those long drives!)
ALWAYS DILUTE ESSENTIAL OILS BEFORE APPLYING TO THE SKIN
Citrus essential oils are most commonly cold-pressedwhich causes them to be phototoxic (can burn the skin when exposed to sunlight). These citrus oils are distilled; this process eliminates bergaptene which causes phototoxicity. Hence these oils are safe to be used even when the skin is exposed to sunlight.
