How to Use

The idea with this oil is to add different essential oils each time you use it, allowing you to tailor the scent to your physical or emotional needs.

Use only with pure therapeutic essential oils.

Essential oils must be diluted before applying to the body. For each full pump-full of massage and body oil base you can safely add 1-2 drops of essential oil.

Put one pump-full of oil base into palm of the hand, add 1-2 drops of essential oil. Rub hands together to mix, apply to the body.

Alternatively, the base oil and essential oils can be mixed in a small container. Always keep the ratio of one pump to 1-2 drops of essential oil.
