How to Use

Rollerball: Best applied to wrists or upper chest. This blend is also lovely applied to the belly and lower back.

Pure blend: Add a few drops into a diffuser or dilute with a carrier oil for massage. Approx. 2ml of blend into 50ml of carrier oil is a safe dilution for most bodies.

Always dilute essential oils before applying to skin.
